What are the ingredients Jordan used for these homemade Cookie Dough Coconut Protein Balls?
Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp flour (he used white flour but feel free to switch out for coconut, oat or spelt flour)
- 1.5 tsp sugar (can switch out for Monk Fruit Sweetener)
- 1 container Garbanzo beans
- 4 tbsp sweetened Flaked Coconut
- 6 tbsp Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1 1/2 scoop Earth Fed Muscle Vanilla Whey
Directions
1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (except the chocolate) until a dough forms.
2. In a smaller bowl, melt the chocolate.
3. Form balls of the dough and place on a sheet of parchment paper.
6. When finished, drizzle the melted chocolate on top of all the balls.
7. Place in the fridge when finished and save for later.
