Take about 20 minutes before beginning the active portion of your workout. Mix 1 scoop with 8-16 oz water.

Our Dragonfruit and Lemonade Stammpede pre-workouts get their buzz from the stimulant beta-alanine.
During the humid times of year, and especially in warmer, more humid climates, beta-alanine is known to absorb moisture and clump. These clumps do not affect product quality or performance, and are easily broken up with a utensil.
To minimize any potential clumping, always store stimulant-based pre-workout in a cool, dry place with the lid closed tightly.
