Morgan Shigo

"Hello! My name is Morgan Shigo, a Hammer/Weight thrower from Blandon, Pennsylvania currently training in Vermillion, South Dakota. My throwing career began at Garage Strength in 2010 with Dane helping me figure out the shot put. I spent my collegiate years at Penn State University where I was a 2019 Big Ten Champion in the hammer and also became a three time First Team D1 All-American (1x Weight, 2x Hammer). I have competed at 5 USATF championships, with most recently competing in and being an Olympic Trials Finalist. Having been a part of EFM since the beginning, I have always used Earth Fed Muscle products to keep my recovery and gains on the right path."
