Being a mere 6’ 1” elite Shot Putter is  enough of a challenge when chasing the success of the Giants who throw in the US, but Luke added another challenge when choosing  to be one the few remaining Gliders in not only the country, but also the world. 

 

To Luke, competing in the shot put isn’t about being the top thrower in the nation, but it is about being the absolute best that he can be by pushing himself to his anatomical limit. When Luke isn’t focusing on his training he can be found on a trail deep in the forest, challenging his body with extended backpacking adventures. Luke, a literal and figurative mountain climber, can always count on Earth Fed Muscle products to fuel his endeavors and aid his body to perform.
