Jessica Edwards

I started my love affair with CrossFit in 2016. Since then I’ve lost over 50 pounds but it’s what I’ve gained that is so much more important; a lot of really awesome muscles, a much healthier relationship with food, confidence, the ability to tackle hobbies like mountain biking and Western big game hunting, an athlete mindset, and an amazingly supportive community of people.  I jumped at the opportunity to coach CrossFit because I love seeing people find passion in the sport like I did. The biggest takeaway… if I can do it, so can you!
