It's hot and sticky outside, and turning on the oven isn't exactly on the schedule. Mixing up these chilled snacks will only take a few minutes. Just be warned, if there are hungry kids around, these protein bites will be gone in a few minutes!
Serves: 12
The ingredients include:
1 can of organic full-fat coconut cream4 tbsp of grass-fed butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 scoops of Earth Fed Muscle Whey Back Vanilla
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the chilled coconut cream and melted coconut oil together.Add in melted butter and mix.
Add in EFM Whey Back Vanilla Protein.
Place muffin liners in a muffin tin and pour out the batter evenly.
Place in the refrigerator for no less than an hour to chill.
After an hour or so, these bites are chilled and ready to serve!
