- 1 scoop Power Couple Peanut Butter Cup Whey
- ½ cup unsweetened milk
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or date paste)
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts (or sunflower seeds for nut-free)
- 1 tsp cacao nibs or mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
