Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Power Couple Peanut Butter Cup Whey
  • ½ cup unsweetened milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or date paste)
  • 1 tbsp chopped peanuts (or sunflower seeds for nut-free)
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs or mini dark chocolate chips
  • Optional: drizzle of tahini or peanut butter (1 tsp max)
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt + vanilla extractu

Instructions:

  1. Mix oats, protein powder, and milk in a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir in Greek yogurt and optional spices or toppings.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Enjoy them cold, or warm it up briefly in the morning.
