Earth Fed Muscle is proud to ship to all 50 states. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO locations, but increased delivery times will be experienced.

We apologize to those outside the US; we do not ship internationally at this time.

We are committed to processing and shipping all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays, weekends, and significant weather events). Changes to your order or shipping address after the order is placed may delay processing and shipping.

Shipping times are controlled by each carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Earth Fed Muscle is unable to provide any additional details beyond what is available in the carrier's tracking information.

We are shipping from Pennsylvania, so shipping times will vary depending on location, weather, holidays, and other factors.

Please allow 3-5 business days after a package is marked as delivered. Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later time. If your package has not arrived after 5 days of being marked as delivered, please reach out to us at support@earthfedmuscle.com and we can further assist you.

Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout for one-time orders of $149.99 or less. Rates will vary by location. Please note that more expensive options may not always provide faster shipping times.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders of $150.00 or more. To qualify for free shipping, the subtotal at checkout should reflect $150.00 or more after discounts and promotions are applied. Choosing an alternate shipping option will void the free shipping offer. Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout, and delivery dates are controlled by the carrier delivering your package.

Subscriptions with a single item have a standard shipping cost based on the ship-to address. Subscriptions with two or more subscription items (excluding single-serve offerings and free gifts) will receive free shipping.

Earth Fed Muscle will gladly exchange products that were received in error. Please get in touch with support@earthfedmuscle.com so we can fulfill your order as you expected it.

At Earth Fed Muscle, we aim to ensure you are delighted with your purchase and your experience. Please contact us within 30 days of your delivery to begin the returns process. Product being returned must be mailed or shipped within 7 days of the date our Customer Service Department authorized the return. Please reach out to support@earthfedmuscle.com to initiate a return.

Additional Considerations:

• Only purchases made through earthfedmuscle.com are eligible for return.
• Please check your information thoroughly before placing your order. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Containers must be 80% full to be eligible for a refund.
• Funds will be returned as store credit.

Please email us at support@earthfedmuscle.com as soon as possible after placing your order to request an address change. Orders that have been processed and a shipping label created cannot be updated.

Unfortunately, if an order has been placed with an incorrect address and subsequently delivered to that address, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept responsibility for replacing or refunding the order. As a company, we rely on the accuracy of the information provided by our customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

We currently hold NSF/ANSI 173 certification for our full-time TGF Whey protein offerings (excluding organic cane sugar and seasonal offerings), all of our collagen offerings, and creatine monohydrate. The NSF/ANSI 173 certification is the only American National Standard for testing and certifying dietary and nutritional supplements provided by Eurofins. It ensures a product matches its label claims and is free from unsafe levels of contaminants like heavy metals, pesticides, and herbicides. We are still transitioning our labels, so please be patient while we continue to make updates.
