Take your pre-workout snack to a fall level by adding just a few things to your Griddle N'Grind. Maybe you missed out on Witch's Whey this year, but you don't have to miss out on pumpkin pancakes!
- 2 scoops Griddle N'Grind Chocolate Chip Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1/3 C. milk
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 T. pumpkin puree
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Shake until well combined.
- Add nonstick spray or butter to a pan. Cook pancakes over medium high heat for 60-90 seconds on each side.
