Our Griddle N’ Grind Pancake and Waffle Mix combines the wholesome, energizing power of hormone-free whey protein with high-quality ingredients for a breakfast that’s both nutritious and delicious. Gluten-free oats, dark chocolate, flaxseed and cinnamon pump up the flavor in this family favorite. Simply mix, pour, sizzle, and feel confident that your most important meal of the day is a good one.

Mix 2 scoops pancake mix with 1 scoop (about 1/3 cup) water. Mix until the batter is smooth. Add 2 Tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional).
Oil your waffle iron or skillet, and pour!

Wish I loved this product like I Love all the others

The taste of the sweetener is unfortunately something I could not ignore in this batter. I wanted to love these pancakes so much :( If you are sensitive to sweeteners in foods I would recommend avoiding this particular product. Everything else is amazing though!

Overpowering Taste of Stevia

I was really excited for this one, but it was a total letdown. I regret buying the full size container vs. the sample pack. I don't understand why the stevia is even in this product, it's not at all necessary. The taste of the stevia is incredibly overpowering. I love EFM protein powders and products, but this was just a total miss for me. If you are at all like me, sensitive to the stevia flavor that takes over, I would not recommend this product. Or at least do better than me, start with the sample and make your decision. This is unfortunately going in the trash. :(

Best Protein Pancake Out There!

I was looking for a protein pancake alternative to Kodiak Cakes because sometimes you just want to mix things up. This one is delicious and easy to make with just a 1/3 cup of water and nothing else. Easy to make, easy cleanup, and my kids like them too! :)

Awesome Macros, Low Sugar and Great Taste!

My wife and I enjoy brunch on Sunday mornings, but Sundays are clean eating days and so traditional brunches don't really offer a lot of 'healthy' options. So we'd eat not so clean and work out on Sunday afternoon. Until we found 'Griddle and Grind.' Want healthy chocolate chip and cinnamon pancakes/waffles that taste so good, you won't believe it's not a cheat meal? Here they are! They taste so great, and you don't feel bloated like you would with pancakes or waffles loaded with enriched, refined flours, loads of added sugar and other junk ingredients. These pancakes are now a staple of our clean eating regimen!

Great macros & versatile

I’d put off buying Griddle and Grind for awhile because i was happy using other protein pancake mixes. While those are good in a pinch, there’s no comparison to Griddle and Grind - it’s that much better. Amazing macros and works great in a variety of recipes, including mini waffles. I’ve used it to make the TikTok viral pancake bowls and it works so well. Definitely worth the purchase and will absolutely repurchase.
