Gluten-free oats, dark chocolate, flaxseed and cinnamon pump up the flavor in this family favorite. Simply mix, pour, sizzle, and feel confident that your most important meal of the day is a good one.

Mix 2 scoops pancake mix with 1 scoop (about 1/3 cup) water. Mix until the batter is smooth. Add 2 Tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional).

Explain Soy Lecithin please

Whats up with the Soy Lecithin? I thought the EFM life was against using ANY type of soy. Is the soy lecithin extracted from soy oil using hexane?

Tasty and healthy!

Similar to the primitive protein line, the pancake/waffle mix mixes well. I made waffles and used nut milk in place of water, came out perfect! The aroma coming from the waffle iron hints at the subtle cinnamon and buttermilk flavor you’ll enjoy when they’re finished. Couldn’t ask for a better mix!
