Four Ingredients Your Gut Will Thank You For

Add the age-old healing component of broth in the form of collagen, and you've got a gut remedy as good as any in history!Β 

In a blender-
Cup of frozen pineapple
One Banana
Inch of fresh ginger
1/2 inch of fresh turmeric (can use powder if you don't have fresh)
1 cup to 1.5 cups of coconut water (the more water the less thick)
1 cup of spinach
1 scoop of Keystone Collagen

Throw in blender and mix that up!!

Good for you gut with the collagen and ginger. Anti inflammatory properties. Extra hydration & PROTEIN.
