Whether you're planning your next group gathering or need some snacks to pack for the kids, these Apple Cinnamon Protein Cookies are macro-friendly and filled with all-natural ingredients.
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/2 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 1/2 scoops Whey Back Vanilla Protein
- 1 small apple (diced)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out a heaping scoop of the dough and place on the baking sheet. Form into cookie shape if needed.
Bake for 10 minutes or until mixture is set.
Top with an additional sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy.
