Apple Cinnamon Protein Cookies

The beginning of summer is almost here which means its the perfect season for some delicious baked goods. Whether you're planning your next group gathering or need some snacks to pack for the kids, these Apple Cinnamon Protein Cookies are macro-friendly and filled with all-natural ingredients. 

These cookies can be great on their own or combined with a hot cup of Max Effort Coffee and Gelatin Pro. While we use our Vanilla Whey in this particular recipe, feel free to get creative with the flavor you have on hand. So what are the ingredients in these Apple Cinnamon Protein Cookies?

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats 
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce 
  • 1/2 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1/2 cup egg whites 
  • 1 1/2 scoops Earth Fed Muscle Vanilla Whey
  • 1 small apple (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop out a heaping scoop of the dough and place on the baking sheet. Form into cookie shape if needed.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until mixture is set.
  • Top with an additional sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy.
