It’s your basic shaker. However I’m not a fan of the mouth style due to the fact it’s supper shallow so I spill a lot because you have to put your entire mouth on it.

Absolutely the Best

I love everything about Earth Fed Muscle. I got both the Vanilla and Chocolate protein powder, big can, and a Lemonade Collagen. The first two are absolutely delicious to be so nutritious! The Lemonade is good, too. I haven't perfected my particular favorite ratio water to product yet, but I'm a lemonade snob, so don't judge me too harshly! I'm going to try mixing it with fruit, like pureed strawberries or peaches. YUM and healthy too!

Good sturdy shaker bottle that gets the job done. No metal shaker "thingy" has a different way of breaking up the protein chucks and it works.
