As a post-menopausal woman sleep has been a real issue for too long. Can’t fall asleep, can’t fall back to sleep, waking up too early ~ and I like my 7+ hours. This stuff has worked!! Bonus, I’m not drinking 4oz of liquid 2 hours before bed, that is a problem of a different sort 😉. After 3 months they are still working and I’m down to only one pill instead of two. I hope and pray the results continue to last!! I’ve finally found a sleep supplement that works for me, no dry mouth, no weird dreams, just restful sleep. I recommend you try it too.

Bought 4 bottles after reading the positive reviews. Unfortunately I wasted a lot of money on this. Tried these capsules for two nights and it had the opposite effect on me. It kept me awake instead of supporting my sleep. I regret spending so much money on this.

Take it and 30 min later I feel my body relax and my mind calming to sleep. My husband gave this bottle to me and I’m having him order more now. I wake up feeling refreshed.
Not to mention we only use this brands protein due to no crazy ingredients to worry about!
