Best recovery
Without this product I get extremely sore after workouts. This greatly helps my muscle recovery and reduces muscle soreness. I'd hate to workout without it.

Good idea, bad execution
I have been looking for a product like this for some time, one that wasn’t full of junk. I was excited to try this, and have tried it for almost 2 weeks now. The flavor is just not there. It’s a very weak flavor (even when mixed with 8 oz of water) and was difficult to get down each time. I may try again, but definitely will not be this flavor.
