Directions

  1. Add whey protein, ice, milk or water, and Greek yogurt to a blender.

  2. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add vanilla creamer if using and blend briefly again*

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
