This mango chia protein pudding is one of those recipes that does all the work while you sleep. Just stir together coconut milk, chia seeds, and a scoop of Earth Fed Muscle “Tropical Trip” whey, pop it in the fridge, and wake up to a creamy, tropical, protein-packed snack (or light breakfast).

  • shredded coconut flakes
  • lime zest
  • granola
  • more yogurt
  • drizzle honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together the coconut milk and protein powder until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and a small squeeze of lime or lemon juice.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight, until the pudding thickens.
  4. Stir again before serving and add toppings of choice.
