Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese (Good Culture, 2%)
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops Earth Fed Muscle “Crunch Time” Peanut Butter Whey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Recipe:
If using an IMMERSION BLENDER (as shown in video), drop all ingredients into a bowl. Use an immersion blender to mix everything up until no clumps remain.
If using a regular blender, drop all ingredients into the blender. Blend on high until no clumps remain. Once everything is blended, pour into an airtight tupperware container.
For thickest results, place in the freezer for 60 minutes, then move to the fridge for remaining storage time.
