Peanut Butter Flex Bites

Peanut Butter Flex Bites

Soft in the center, strong on the outside—just like you after a good sweat. (Soft center, crunchy shell, packed with peanut butter protein!)

These cookies are basically your workout in dessert form: tough on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside. Just like the rush of endorphins after a HIIT session, the crunchy bite gives way to a melt-in-your-mouth center that’s both comforting and energizing. Made with our Crunch Time peanut butter protein, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and juuuuuuuust enough chocolate to spark joy—these are the kind of treats that fuel your goals and satisfy your cravings. Perfect for post-workout recovery or a midday energy boost!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Organic, gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 scoops Earth Fed Muscle Crunch Time Peanut Butter Cookie Whey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup drippy peanut butter (used in macros: Trader Joe’s unsalted)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (used in macros: Costco fat free)
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips (used in macros: Enjoy Life dark)

Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet and spray with organic Chosen Foods avocado oil.

Drop the dry ingredients (oats, protein powder, chia seeds) in a medium sized bowl. Stir.

Now, drop in the egg, drippy PB (important that it’s either drippy or melted!), and Greek yogurt. Stir all of these together until a thick dough forms! Note that you’ll think you need to add more liquid or yogurt - but do not! Continue to mix until combined.

Toss in chocolate chips!

Place 10 even-sized dollops of cookie dough on the lined baking tray. Bake for 3 minutes on the TOP SHELF closest to the top light! This gives the cookies their perfect “searing” on top, with soft inside.
