This PB Banana Protein Bread is insanely moist, naturally sweetened, and packed with EFM Crunch Time Peanut Butter Cookie protein for the perfect balance of flavor + fuel. Slice it thick and enjoy it with coffee, post-workout, or any time you need a clean, delicious treat.
RECIPE:
1) Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a loaf pan wit parchment paper. Spray or rub paper with oil
2) In a large bowl, mash your bananas until smooth. Stir in the egg, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.
3) In a separate bowl, mix the Fit Flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
4) Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir until just combinedโdonโt overdo it! Fold in the chocolate chips.
5) Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 30-33 minutesโฆor until a toothpick comes out clean.
