This PB Banana Protein Bread is insanely moist, naturally sweetened, and packed with EFM Crunch Time Peanut Butter Cookie protein for the perfect balance of flavor + fuel. Slice it thick and enjoy it with coffee, post-workout, or any time you need a clean, delicious treat.

RECIPE:
1) Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a loaf pan wit parchment paper. Spray or rub paper with oil
2) In a large bowl, mash your bananas until smooth. Stir in the egg, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.
3) In a separate bowl, mix the Fit Flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
4) Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir until just combinedโ€”donโ€™t overdo it! Fold in the chocolate chips.
5) Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 30-33 minutesโ€ฆor until a toothpick comes out clean.

-3 overripe bananas
-1 large egg

-1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup fit flour

-2 teaspoons baking powder
-ยฝ teaspoon cinnamon
-ยผ teaspoon salt
-ยฝ cup chocolate chips
