Not-Your-Average Puppy Chow Cereal is here to shake up your snack game—literally. This isn’t the sugar-loaded stuff you snuck by the handful as a kid. We’re giving your nostalgic peanut butter-chocolate-cereal combo a protein-packed makeover that’s as versatile as it is delicious.
This is a “choose your own path” recipe - Whether you're in the mood for crunchy cereal, chewy energy balls, or grab-and-go cereal bars, this one recipe does it all. It’s thick, it’s satisfying, and it’s definitely not your average puppy chow.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Earth Fed Muscle Chocolate Shakeup protein powder
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp - 1/4 cup milk (depending on how thick your peanut butter is!)
- 2 cups corn flakes (we used Real Cereal)
Recipe:
- Combine the chocolate protein, peanut butter, honey, and milk in a large bowl. It will be extremely thick, and feel hard to stir!
- Once combined, fold in the corn flakes cereal!
A few options for serving:
- CEREAL: Roll them into very small balls. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, then pour milk over 10-14 of these for cereal!
- ENERGY BALLS: Roll these into larger balls. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and enjoy as is! For example, before a workout, on the go, or pop a few for dessert!
- CEREAL BARS: Spread the batter evenly across a 9x9 cake pan. Compress until flattened. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, then cut into small squares!
