Malty Energy Balls

Protein doesn’t have to live in a shaker bottle.

Some days it’s a smoothie.
Some days it’s a baked goodie like these.
Some days it’s a grab-and-go bite that saves me from skipping fuel altogether. This Chocolate Malt whey makes it easy to get creative, and consistent.



Ingredients (makes ~8–10 bites)

  • 1 scoop Malty Balls Chocolate Malt Whey

  • ½ cup rolled oats (or quick oats)

  • Handful granola 

  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • 1–2 tbsp milk (or almond milk) to bind

  • Optional add-ins:

    • Mini chocolate chips

    • Crushed pretzels (great “malty balls” tie-in)

    • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until dough-like.

  2. Roll into bite-size balls.

  3. Chill 10–15 minutes (or eat immediately—real life).

  4. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
