1/3 cup almond butter (*You can sub any nut or seed butter)

2-3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce (*You can sub for more nut butter)

1/2 cup organic old fashioned oats

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp (heaping) ground flax seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup Earth Fed Muscle Ol’ St. Ripped Snickerdoodle Grass-Fed Whey Protein

1 tsp vanilla + pinch of sea salt

2 tbsp greek yogurt + 1 tbsp 1/4 cup Earth Fed Muscle Ol’ St. Ripped Snickerdoodle Grass-Fed Whey Protein for drizzling
Instructions

Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix and pat until dough forms (we recommend using either a large spatula or a large wooden spoon to mix).

Of course, taste test! Add whatever else you think it needs. If consistency is too runny to form balls, add more oats extra oats.

Roll the dough into balls and place in the fridge for 3+ hours OR freezer for at least one hour to firm up.

In a separate bowl, mix the greek yogurt and protein. You can place a heaping spoonful on each ball, OR you can place the mixture in a plastic baggie, cut the edge off one corner of the baggy, and use that to draw a swirl on top of each ball.

Return to the fridge / freezer in an airtight container.
