Ingredients
- 1 whole banana (OR 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce)
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1.5 scoop Caramelt Salted Caramel Grass-Fed Whey
- ¼ apple, diced
- 1 tbsp walnuts
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Mash the banana in a small bowl. Pour in the oats and protein powder. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Dice up ¼ apple into tiny cubes. Sprinkle diced apple AND walnuts into banana oat “batter”. Fold them in.
On a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet, place 5 even-sized balls of dough. Flatten out with back of spatula or hand.
