Mix 2 scoops pancake mix with 1 scoop (about 1/3 cup) water. Mix until the batter is smooth. Add 2 Tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional).
Oil your waffle iron or skillet, and pour!

    Great Breakfast Option!

    You really cannot beat the "just add water" convenance of the mix! I prepared the mix as pancakes, and the little hit of cinnamon is actually noticeable and really pleasant. For my taste, they are a little too sweet on their own, and definitely too sweet with maple syrup. I would recommend topping it with plain yogurt and/or tart fruit to give it just the right amount of tang. But that's just personal preference. Overall, great alternative to a morning protein shake, and I love that I'm also getting fiber from the oats and flaxseed. Great product!

    Great protein

    I got the sample packs which is great to taste all the different flavors, wish they had the banana sample pack. Overall great protein doesn’t blow up my belly like certain ones do.
