I am not normally a "dark chocolate" person (it's almost always too bitter for my sweeter / milk-chocolate loving taste buds) but this powder is exceptional. The best way I can think to describe it, it's like drinking cold hot chocolate when I add a scoop to ~ 10 to 12 oz. of whole milk out of the fridge. Delicious. Mixes very well in my shaker bottle, but takes a little extra aggressive shaking compared to whey protein (this makes sense though, casein is thicker). Clean ingredients, I couldn't ask for anything more.
