Love these electrolytes

My nutritionist recently recommended these, and so glad I tried them! Definitely help with post workout recovery and energy. I prefer mine in at least 12-16oz of water, I enjoy the taste better that way.

Great

Small packets, easy to pack, perfect for rehydration. I'm often feeling the need to rehydrate and sometimes water isn't enough, these are perfect. Kinda salty tasting, but not bad, you know it's not heavily sweetened.

Great overall products!!

Very clean ingredients with great taste! Strawberry, Vanilla and Unflavored are essentials in my house. Mixes well with everything- yogurt, overnight oats, muffins, any recipe you can think of.

Seriously lacks flavor

While I have no doubt this is hydrating and love that the ingredients are clean, I bought this to encourage myself to drink more water and have a flavored alternative, it isn’t flavorful at all and I have to push myself to drink it, so not worth it for me.
