Ingredients:
Cookie Dough Base
½ cup organic almond flour
½ cup Whey Back Vanilla Protein Powder
¼ cup melted coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
2-4 tbsp water (I used 1-2)
¼ cup chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt
Topping:
¼ cup chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil
Recipe:
Mix the almond flour, protein powder, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup in a large bowl.
Pour in the water each dash at a time until it reaches a dry yet batter-esque consistency.
Fold in the chocolate chips and the chocolate chips.
Lay out evenly across a piece of parchment paper. Pat down until it’s flat.
Next, melt the ¼ cup chocolate chips and 2 tsp coconut oil in a bowl. Once thoroughly melted, pour eveningly on top of the batter mixture.
Store in the fridge / freezer for 2-3 days.
