When we say these surprised us with how fluffy and delicious they were, we aren't lying. Did an entire pan get eaten the first night we tested them? Yes. These are cakey brownies, but you could totally take off some baking time and get a fudgy center.
Ingredients:
- 3 scoops Thicc Mints Chocolate Mint Grass-Fed Whey Protein
- 1 C. cashew butter (or any nut butter)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C. maple syrup
- 1/4 C. almond milk
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/4 C. cocoa powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 C. chocolate chips

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F and line your baking sheet with parchment. You can make a thicker 8x8 or a very thin 9x13 pan of brownies (we did the 8x8).
- Whisk together all wet ingredients.
- Add in dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean. Take it out 5 mins early to keep a bit of a fudgy center (we had a taste tester who loved them this way).
