Perfect for Valentines's Day or any day. These waffles are not super sweet but hit the spot with some banana and strawberry bits. SO GOOD and seriously so easy.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Whey Back Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein
- 1/2 C. low fat cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 C. oats
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1 banana
- 1/2 C. dried strawberries

Directions:
- Blend everything except the dried strawberries until smooth.
- Add dried strawberries and pulse. (If you don't want strawberry bits and just want the hint of flavor then blend them in fully.)
- Make into waffles or pancakes and enjoy!
Pro Tip: This makes a few servings (4) and also freezes really well. Heat them up from frozen in an air fryer or in the oven while you're getting ready in the morning!
