These muffins can be an amazing option for breakfast, but really, who doesn't love a muffin any time of day. We're 100% turning these into our pre-workout snack because a pumpkin-spiced pump sounds like music to our ears.
- 1 1/4 C. oat flour
- 1 C. pumpkin puree
- 2 scoops Witch's Whey Pumpkin Spice Grass-Fed Whey
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 eggs
- 1 C. greek yogurt
- 1/2 C. chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350F and line or grease your muffin pan.
- Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Batter should be fluffy!
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter into 12 muffins. Bake for 28 minutes (if baking a full tray of 12 - if baking in a tray of 6 at a time, reduce baking time to 23 minutes).

Pro Tip: These muffins are delicious but are not super sweet. Add 1-2 T. maple syrup to sweeten if you prefer it!
