Ol' St. Ripped Snickerdoodle Cookies

Looking for delicious snickerdoodle cookie with a little less guilt? This is the one!

Recipe: Makes 24 cookies.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Mix sugar and butter together then add egg, salt, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix completely and then fold in flour until cookie dough forms. Scoop 1-2 tablespoon balls of cookie dough and roll between the palms of your hand. Roll in OL' Saint Ripped Snickerdoodle Protein. Place on baking sheet 2inches apart and bake for 10-13 minutes. Once cooled, top with sprinkle of cinnamon.
