These protein-packed muffins are super simple, easy to make, macro friendly, and most importantly... delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 3 scoops Ol' St. Ripped (or protein of your choice)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Optional (to taste): Vanilla, Chocolate Chips, Sprinkles, Nuts
Instructions:
- Mix ingredients together
- Bake at 350 for 25 min
- Enjoy!
