These protein-packed muffins are super simple, easy to make, macro friendly, and most importantly... delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 3 scoops Ol' St. Ripped 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Optional (to taste): Chocolate Chips, Nuts, dried apples
