Ol' St. Ripped Protein Muffins

Do you know the muffin man? Hopefully he sent you his forwarding address because Drury Lane is a thing of the past. He just moved into a sweet pad on Earth Fed Ave! 

These protein-packed muffins are super simple, easy to make, macro friendly, and most importantly... delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 3 scoops Ol' St. Ripped (or protein of your choice)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Optional (to taste): Vanilla, Chocolate Chips, Sprinkles, Nuts

Instructions:

  • Mix ingredients together
  • Bake at 350 for 25 min
  • Enjoy!
