INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour (used in video: FitFlour)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 scoops Earth Fed Muscle Chocolate Shake Up whey protein powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar (or sugar, or golden monk fruit sweetener)
  • 1/4 + 2 tbsp cup chocolate protein shake
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil (can use other oil / melted butter)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (60g)

RECIPE

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cacao powder, Chocolate Shake Up protein powder, and coconut sugar together in a bowl and set aside. Mix together!
  2. Add in the chocolate protein shake, applesauce, coconut oil! Mix, then fold in the chocolate chips and mix one more time.
  3. Take about 2 Tbsp of the dough and roll into a ball with your hands. Place the cookie dough balls at least 2 inches apart on the baking sheet then flatten then.
  4. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes on the pan.
