INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup gluten-free flour (used in video: FitFlour)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 scoops Earth Fed Muscle Chocolate Shake Up whey protein powder
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar (or sugar, or golden monk fruit sweetener)
- 1/4 + 2 tbsp cup chocolate protein shake
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil (can use other oil / melted butter)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (60g)
RECIPE
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cacao powder, Chocolate Shake Up protein powder, and coconut sugar together in a bowl and set aside. Mix together!
- Add in the chocolate protein shake, applesauce, coconut oil! Mix, then fold in the chocolate chips and mix one more time.
- Take about 2 Tbsp of the dough and roll into a ball with your hands. Place the cookie dough balls at least 2 inches apart on the baking sheet then flatten then.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes on the pan.
