Per serving:
- 200 calories
- 8g fat
- 36g carb (10g sugar)
- 21g protein
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 scoops Whey Back Vanilla
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup full fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 and grease a sheet pan or 8x8 pan
Combine dry ingredients
Combine wet ingredients separately
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine with a fork
Add up to 2 tbsp water if necessary to form a dry dough
Fold blueberries into dough
Form a large round ball
Press ball down onto a greased pan and flatten
Slightly separate into 4ths with a butter knife
Bake at 400 for 13-17 minutes until top is golden brown
Split apart and serve!
