Blueberry Vanilla Protein Scones

A breakfast treat (with a quick prep time and great macros!). Try out these scones on your next slow weekend morning or for an easy on-the-go breakfast prep. Blueberries can be substituted with your fresh fruit of choice. To make a few more servings without a double batch, simply split into sixths or eighths for smaller scones. Enjoy!

Makes four servings.
Per serving:
  • 200 calories
  • 8g fat
  • 36g carb (10g sugar)
  • 21g protein


  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 scoops Whey Back Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup full fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2/3 cup fresh blueberries

    Preheat oven to 400 and grease a sheet pan or 8x8 pan
    Combine dry ingredients
    Combine wet ingredients separately
    Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine with a fork
    Add up to 2 tbsp water if necessary to form a dry dough
    Fold blueberries into dough
    Form a large round ball
    Press ball down onto a greased pan and flatten
    Slightly separate into 4ths with a butter knife

    Bake at 400 for 13-17 minutes until top is golden brown

    Split apart and serve!
