Banana Bread Breakfast Bake

Banana Bread Breakfast Bake

All the home-yness of warm banana bread meets the nostalgic sweetness of Grandma’s snickerdoodle cookies — these bars are the perfect cozy treat for the holiday season. They’re soft, cinnamon-sweet, and just the right balance of comfort and fuel.

We partner with Truly Grass Fed™ to bring you the purest, cleanest whey protein isolate — sourced from happy, grass-fed cows. Their quality makes a difference not just in taste, but in how your body digests and absorbs the nutrients. Combined with real-food ingredients like bananas, maple syrup, and applesauce, these bars feel indulgent without the crash.

Each bar is packed with 10 grams of protein and energizing complex carbs, making them an epic multitasker — part breakfast, part pre-workout fuel, part dessert. Think of them as your all-day, any-time snack with purpose.

When to Enjoy Them:

  • Morning: Kickstart your metabolism and stabilize blood sugar to start your day in fat-burning mode.

  • Post-Workout: Within 60 minutes of your workout to replenish muscles with amino acids and support recovery.

  • Evening: About 60–90 minutes before bedtime to promote overnight muscle repair and steady energy.

Whether you’re baking these for a cozy weekend morning, packing one in your gym bag, or curling up by the fire with a warm cup of coffee — these bars hit every note of comfort and nourishment.

Because strong, balanced, and satisfied is the new “holiday treat.” ❤️
