  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 C. oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 t. baking soda
  • 2 T. Whey Back Vanilla Grass-Fed Protein
  • 2 T. chocolate chips

  1. Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips.
