Baked Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Oats

Think overnight oats, but warm and more cake-like. Are you in? Because we are. These are delicious and give you that banana bread feel with a protein boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 C. oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 t. baking soda
  • 2 T. Whey Back Vanilla Grass-Fed Protein
  • 2 T. chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Spray small ramekin with olive oil and pour batter in.
  4. Bake at 350 for 7-11 minutes.
