Big training day ahead....What's for breakfast?
Before a big training I will make pancakes with chocolate chips, eggs and bacon! You can't forget your Earth Fed Muscle banana protein shake to wash it all down.
What's your warm up like before a max effort olympic lifting session?
Just some general stretches. I try to get to the gym early and get that taken care of.
Nearly every lifter uses protein for recovery and growth, but not all use creatine. How do you use creatine to improve your performance?
I use creatine just about everyday and I love it. I use it in my protein shakes mostly in the morning and night before bed.
Last question......How do you like your coffee?
I'm honestly not a huge coffee guy but I'm open to trying different types of coffee.
