Directions:

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Smash up that banana super well, then whisk in milk.
  3. Add 2 scoops of Griddle N'Grind Chocolate Chip Pancake and Waffle Mix and 1 t. cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Pour into waffle maker and cook as directed. Makes one laaaaarge waffle or two medium waffles (or if your waffle iron overflows easily).

Pro Tip: While our mix has some chocolate chips in there, we wouldn't be against tossing in another handful. These waffles also freeze super well, so this would be a great item to prep ahead! Reheat them in the oven (toss one in and preheat while you get ready) or in an air fryer to keep them crispy on the outside.
