This Sunday is the first Earth Fed Muscle sponsored seminar, being hosted by Garage Strength. The two presenters happen to be the top two lifters in the United States, Norik Vardanian (1) and Alex Lee (2). These guys will be teaching two sessions, focusing on technique and progression, followed by their own demonstrations.
