The ingredients
1/4 cup organic nut butter
1 scoop EFM Primitive Protein vanilla whey
1 cup organic dark chocolate
1 TBSP organic coconut oil

Directions:
Fill muffin tin with muffin liners and spray with coconut oil spray — set aside.

In a bowl, mix peanut butter and whey protein together.
_
Separate the mix into 12 marble-sized balls — set aside.
_
Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave until melted and mixed together.

Scoop one tsp of melted chocolate mix into the each muffin liner. Place in the freezer to freeze for about 10-15 minutes.

After those 15 minutes, place the protein peanut butter balls on top of the hardened chocolate, flattening the ball with your finer until it creates a smooth top surface.

Finally, add two more tsp of melted chocolate onto the top of the flattened peanut butter to complete the protein peanut butter cup.

Place the muffin tin back in the freezer until the cups are completely hardened.
