Thicc Mints Nice Cream

3 ingredients and literally everything we've been dreaming of as the weather starts to get warmer. You could easily toss in some cacao nibs or chocolate chips for an easy "mint chip" situation.


  • 1 scoop Thicc Mints Chocolate Mint Grass-Fed Protein
  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 C. milk

  1. Slice bananas and lay on parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  2. Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
  3. If desired, add in any chocolate chips or add-ins and blitz again quickly.
  4. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: Eat right away for soft-serve consistency. Throw into the freezer for a while if you want to scoop it!

Macros for entire recipe: 28 g protein, 55 g carbs, 2 g fat
(20 g sugar and 6 g fiber from banana)
