If it's strawberry season, these bars are our favorite way to preserve that early summer flavor. If not, frozen strawberries will do just fine and one bite of these bars will send you to a green field dotted with beautiful red berries. Okay, they're not exactly that kind of baked good, but they're delicious 😎. Give them a try and let us know what you think!

Ingredients

2 cups of quick oats
2 cups of frozen strawberries (thawed) and pureed in a blender
(Add some stevia, monk fruit or vanilla for some natural sweetness!)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Press into an 8x8 pan.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Once finished, let them cool completely before cutting into bars and removing from the pan.
