What better way to set yourself up for success than to plan ahead your favorite treats for the week? Planning your nutrition is just as important as training and other lifestyle factors, so why put it on the backburner? These Strawberry Protein Oatmeal Bars are a great addition to your fridge so you can grab n' go as you see fit. While we use our Strawberry Whey for these bars, you can really get creative with Vanilla Whey, Chocolate Whey or even banana! When it comes to oatmeal protein bars, you really can't go wrong with any of the above. Don't worry about losing out on the strawberry flavor either. This recipe uses pureed frozen strawberries to maintain that sweet taste found in the bars.
2 cups of quick oats
2 cups of frozen strawberries (thawed) and pureed in a blender
1 scoop Earth Fed Muscle Strawberry Whey
(Add some stevia, monk fruit or vanilla for some natural sweetness!)
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
- Press into an 8x8 pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Once finished, let them cool completely before cutting into bars and removing from the pan.
