Snickerdoodle Cookies (Really Good Ones)

Snickerdoodle Cookies (Really Good Ones)

OK we're going to be honest here. We tried to make some healthier versions (like 5-6 recipes), and we came to one conclusion - some things are not meant to be healthy. BUT, that doesn't stop us from adding protein to things because we still have goals even when eating cookies. The great thing about simple, delicious protein powder is that it is easy to add into standard recipes without changing the texture. Our maximum ratio is usually 1 scoop of protein to 1 Cup of flour (this works SUPER well with Truly Buff Unflavored Grass-Fed Protein), so that's what we did here.
