A more muted and maple-y version of a pumpkin spice latte that you'll want to keep making all fall long. We added in some real pumpkin to bump up the flavor, and we don't regret it at all.
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 T. pumpkin puree
- 1/2 T. maple syrup
- 1/2 Scoop Witch's Whey Pumpkin Spice Grass-Fed Protein
- Mix together pumpkin puree and maple syrup. Pull espresso over pumpkin mixture. Stir with spoon.
- Froth milk with Witch's Whey (use a frother or warm milk first and froth with a handheld frother).
- Pour milk over espresso and enjoy.
