- 3/4 C. oats
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/4 C. pineapple juice
- 1/4 C. chopped pineapple
- 1 T. unsweetened coconut flakes/chips
- 1 T. chia seeds
- 1 Scoop Whey Back Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein
- Mix all ingredients together and add to jar.
- Top with some extra pineapple and coconut.
- Let sit overnight or at least 3 hours.
