You've had your meal, gotten your macros in and you're feelin' like a little cheat 😬. We've all been there - the feeling of guilt associated with a little sweet tooth satisfaction is real! Well, these no bake collagen bites will get you a cookie dough fix WITHOUT needing to be called a cheat! You can truly enjoy these little guys with no guilt...get after it!
1 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup almond flour
2 scoops of collagen
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil - melted
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Combine dry ingredients
Stir in maple syrup and coconut oil. Stir until all of that is combined well.
Mix in chocolate chips
Begin rolling balls and place them in your container
Store in the fridge for 1-2 hours until they are solid
Make sure they stay chilled.
