Looking for a new protein treat? Our Primitive Protein can be used in a variety of different recipes. Try these EFM Primitive Protein Cinnabites the next time you’re in the mood for a sweet treat!
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 scoop EFM Primitive Protein Vanilla Whey
1 TBSP coconut flour
1 TBSP melted coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp organic maple syrup
2 tbsp water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 oz full fat cream cheese
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.In a large bowl, combine: EFM Vanilla whey, almond flour, coconut flour, coconut oil, egg, vanilla extract and organic maple syrup in bowl.
3.Place the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes to slightly harden.
4.Once the 10 minutes are up, place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle the coconut sugar over the dough and generously sprinkle with the cinnamon.
5.Divide into 8 equal balls. Place the balls on the baking sheet.
6.Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool before drizzling melted cream cheese on top.
