Summer days and popsicles, EarthFed! This simple popsicles require just five minutes of prep before popping in the freezer. Prep in the morning and you'll have frozen treats ready for a cool afternoon snack! Feel free to add in your favorite fresh or frozen fruits, and if you (or your kids!) prefer a sweeter taste, add honey or your preferred sweetener to each recipe. Popsicles will store well for several days in their molds. Serves six.
Ingredients (makes 6 popsicles):
- 1 c. milk of choice (pictured: almond milk)
- 2 scoops Keystone Collagen
- 1/3 c. full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 c. frozen or fresh berry of choice (pictured: frozen blueberries)
- 2+ tbsp honey to taste
Blend all ingredients, pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 5+ hours.
Run warm water briefly around molds and enjoy!
