The perfect summer dessert but with a fun, healthy twist...and for breakfast (or anytime, really). Swap out any other berry that you have on hand or go pick some, because tis the season for markets and berry pickin' with the fam.


  • 1/3 C. oats
  • 1/2 scoop Whey Back Vanilla Grass-Fed Protein
  • 1 T. chia
  • 2 T. cream cheese
  • 2 T. vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 C. milk

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly in a jar.
  2. Add in the milk and cream cheese. Mix well until cream cheese is fully incorporated
  3. Add berries and top with some graham cracker crumbles if you like!
  4. Leave in the fridge for at least an hour before enjoying.Β
